Rose Johnson is married to Kyle Johnson, and together they have three boys: Tanner, Jackson, and Lincoln. They are a sports-loving family and enjoy all things LSU and Saints. Her two older boys both play football for ASH and recently competed in the Dome for the state championship. Rose has been a math teacher in Rapides Parish for almost 20 years and currently teaches 6th grade at JI Barron Elementary School.

For Rose, working out is a way to relieve stress and feel good about herself internally. She believes it is the most important thing one can do for themselves in terms of self-care. Her favorite part about coaching is watching people accomplish things they thought they couldn’t do. It’s really cool for her to be a part of that. Additionally, she loves the energy and camaraderie at her gym. It’s an energy that everyone feeds off of, and even if she doesn’t feel like pushing herself, as soon as she gets to the gym and sees everyone there, it’s the only motivation she needs!
