Our kids program is designed for the primary purpose of helping children develop a lifelong love of health and fitness by making fitness fun. Our program is for kids ages 5-11 and consist of workouts that improve their body weight strength, endurance and coordination.
Our program focuses on developing overall athleticism and proper movement mechanics. Kids are taught to move well now so that they continue to move well (and prevent injuries) as they continue into adulthood.
This program also encourages a community based on mutual respect and encouragement, building self-confidence and an appreciation for relationships.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play, push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. All of the classes and movements are supervised by certified coaches that have years of experience working with kids.
